  • Orders placed before 17:00 are shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • The estimated delivery time within Ukraine is 1–5 business days and depends on the carrier and destination.

  • For fully prepaid orders totaling UAH 5,000 or more, delivery to a Nova Poshta branch is covered by the store.

  • In other cases, delivery by Nova Poshta is paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates.

  • Courier delivery is also available in your city.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Made-to-Order Products

If the required product is not available in Ukraine, we can arrange its individual purchase abroad and delivery to Ukraine according to your order.

Made-to-order products are purchased specifically to fulfill your order and may be sourced from Europe or the United States.

Delivery Terms

  • The estimated delivery time from Europe or the United States is 15–25 business days.

  • This is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on the product location, purchasing time, foreign sellers, carriers, and customs procedures.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances or delays related to purchasing or international transportation, our manager will inform you.

  • The international express delivery fee is $35 and is stated separately from the price of the product.

  • The international express delivery fee is paid in Ukrainian hryvnia at the exchange rate agreed upon when the order is placed.

  • Delivery within Ukraine by Nova Poshta is paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates unless otherwise stated in the specific order conditions.

  • For fully prepaid orders, delivery to a Nova Poshta branch may be covered by the store according to the conditions of the specific order.

Size Verification

We understand that choosing the correct shoe size when ordering from abroad is especially important.

Therefore, before the product is shipped to Ukraine, our manager will make an actual insole measurement of the length and width, provided that such measurement is available from the seller or carrier's warehouse.

The measurements may be provided to you via Viber or Telegram. You will be able to compare them with your comfortable footwear before the product is shipped to Ukraine.

If the product is still at the foreign warehouse and has not yet been handed over for international transportation, a size change may be possible, provided that the required size is available and the seller allows the order to be changed or cancelled.

Important Information About Made-to-Order Products

A "made-to-order product" means that we individually purchase the product abroad and arrange its delivery to Ukraine according to the agreed parameters of your order.

Before confirming the order, we agree with you on the model, color, size, product price, international delivery fee, and other essential terms of the order.

Before payment, you receive all necessary information about the total cost of the order and delivery conditions.

The terms of return and exchange for made-to-order products are determined in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the distance sales agreement.
