Returns and Exchanges
In-Stock Products
You may return or exchange a product purchased from our store in the cases and within the time limits provided by the applicable legislation of Ukraine, including the rules applicable to distance contracts.
For a return or exchange, the product must:

Have no signs of wear or use, be clean, and retain its original appearance.

Have the original factory packaging and all tags/labels.

Be shipped by the customer without cash on delivery.

For a return or exchange of a product of proper quality, shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise provided by law or agreed by the parties.
After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account/card within the period provided by law, or within another period agreed by the parties where permitted by law.
If the customer receives a product of improper quality or a product that does not correspond to the agreed order, the return, exchange, and related costs are handled in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
Products that are not subject to return or exchange where provided by law include, in particular, perfumes and cosmetics, shoe-care products (foams, sprays, balms), underwear, and socks, if they are included in the relevant statutory list.
Made-to-Order Products
A made-to-order product is a product that is not available in Ukraine and is purchased abroad according to the agreed parameters of your order: model, color, size, etc.
Before placing the order, we agree with you on the model, size, product price, international delivery fee, and other essential terms.
Size Verification
Before shipping the ordered pair to Ukraine, we may carry out an actual measurement of the insole and/or internal shoe length where possible.
The measurements may be provided to you via Viber or Telegram so that you can compare them with your comfortable footwear.
If the Product Corresponds to the Order
If you receive exactly the product, model, color, and size agreed upon when placing the order, the possibility of returning or exchanging it is determined in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the distance sales agreement.
For a return or exchange, the product must retain its original appearance, consumer properties, original packaging, and tags, and must not show signs of wear or use.
Shipping costs for returning or exchanging a product of proper quality are paid by the customer unless otherwise provided by law or agreed by the parties.
International Delivery
When ordering a made-to-order product, the total order value consists of the product price and, where applicable, a separate international express delivery service.
The international express delivery fee is $35 and is disclosed to the customer before the order is confirmed.
If the separate international delivery service has already been provided, the treatment of its cost in the event of termination of the agreement is determined in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, the agreement, and the actual costs incurred.
If You Need a Different Size
If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, this possibility is determined in accordance with applicable legislation, availability of the required size, and the terms of the specific order.
Since another size may require a new purchase abroad, its price at the time of the new order may differ from the price of the original pair.
The cost of new international delivery and other actual expenses related to the repeated purchase and delivery are agreed with the customer before the new order is placed.
If We Delivered the Wrong Product
If we mistakenly delivered a product that does not correspond to the agreed order — a different model, color, or size — we will resolve the issue by replacement or refund in accordance with applicable legislation.
The store covers the costs associated with correcting our mistake.
If a Manufacturing Defect Is Discovered
If a manufacturing defect is discovered after receiving the product, you have the right to contact us with the relevant request.
The issue of repair, replacement, or refund is resolved in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation, depending on the nature of the defect and other circumstances.
If the defect is confirmed to have arisen due to the fault of the manufacturer or seller, the seller bears the costs associated with its repair, replacement of the product, or refund where required by law.
Minor manufacturing characteristics typical of a particular model and manufacturing process (for example, minor traces of glue or loose threads that do not affect the functionality, safety, or consumer properties of the product) do not, by themselves, constitute grounds for considering the product to be of improper quality.
