Made-to-Order Products

If the required product is not available in Ukraine, we can arrange its individual purchase abroad and delivery to Ukraine according to your order.

Made-to-order products are purchased specifically to fulfill your order and may be sourced from Europe or the United States.

Delivery Terms

• The estimated delivery time from Europe or the United States is 15–25 business days.

• This is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on the product location, purchasing time, foreign sellers, carriers, and customs procedures.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances or delays related to purchasing or international transportation, our manager will inform you.

• The international express delivery fee is $35 and is stated separately from the price of the product.

• The international express delivery fee is paid in Ukrainian hryvnia at the exchange rate agreed upon when the order is placed.

• Delivery within Ukraine by Nova Poshta is paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates unless otherwise stated in the specific order conditions.

• For fully prepaid orders, delivery to a Nova Poshta branch may be covered by the store according to the conditions of the specific order.

Size Verification

We understand that choosing the correct shoe size when ordering from abroad is especially important.

Therefore, before the product is shipped to Ukraine, our manager will make an actual insole measurement of the length and width, provided that such measurement is available from the seller or carrier's warehouse.

The measurements may be provided to you via Viber or Telegram. You will be able to compare them with your comfortable footwear before the product is shipped to Ukraine.

If the product is still at the foreign warehouse and has not yet been handed over for international transportation, a size change may be possible, provided that the required size is available and the seller allows the order to be changed or cancelled.

Important Information About Made-to-Order Products

A "made-to-order product" means that we individually purchase the product abroad and arrange its delivery to Ukraine according to the agreed parameters of your order.

Before confirming the order, we agree with you on the model, color, size, product price, international delivery fee, and other essential terms of the order.

Before payment, you receive all necessary information about the total cost of the order and delivery conditions.

The terms of return and exchange for made-to-order products are determined in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the distance sales agreement.

Payment Methods for In-Stock Items
You can choose one of the following payment methods:
1. Cash on Delivery
Your order will be shipped after a prepayment of 200 UAH.
The prepayment is required to confirm your order and cover the actual costs associated with shipping and returning the package in case of refusal to accept delivery.
Upon receipt of the order, the cash on delivery amount is reduced by the 200 UAH previously paid.
If you refuse to accept the order, the prepayment is used to cover the actual costs associated with shipping and returning the package.
Upon receipt of the order, “Nova Poshta” charges an additional fee for the money transfer—20 UAH + 2% of the cash-on-delivery amount. The buyer pays this fee according to the carrier’s rates.
2. Full Payment
The full cost of the order must be paid before the goods are shipped.
Payment is made using the sole proprietor’s official bank details.
For orders totaling 5,000 UAH or more paid in full, delivery to a “Nova Poshta” branch is covered by the store.
You will receive the payment details after placing your order.
Important: When paying by cash on delivery, the buyer is responsible for the money transfer fee according to “Nova Poshta” rates.

Exchange and Return of Goods

In-stock goods in Ukraine

1. Conditions for returning goods

1.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods to the Seller provided that the commercial appearance, factory packaging, labels are preserved and there are no signs of wear or use.

1.2. An application for the return of goods may be sent to the Seller by e-mail, the details of which are posted on the website basket-shop.com.ua, or in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer. Written form also includes all agreements received via Telegram, Viber and electronic communication. The application for the return of goods must be accompanied by a photo of the delivery service waybill by which the goods were received and a photo of the receipt (or confirmation) of payment for the goods.

1.3. The application for the return of goods is considered by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of its receipt. The Seller notifies the Buyer of the decision made as a result of consideration of the application by e-mail or by message in Telegram / Viber.

1.4. Upon receipt of a notification of approval of the application for the return of goods, the Buyer sends the goods to the Seller’s address.
The Seller refunds the Buyer the funds paid for the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Buyer returns the goods to the Seller’s warehouse. The refund is made by non-cash transfer to the Buyer’s bank account upon receipt from the Buyer of all necessary bank details and complete information requested by the Seller.

2. Conditions for exchanging goods

2.1. According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, exchange and return of goods are possible within 14 days from the moment the client receives the order. A mandatory condition for exchange and return is that the goods have not been used, labels are preserved, commercial appearance and all accompanying documents are intact, as well as documents confirming the fact of payment. In case of exchange and return of goods, the cost of delivery is paid by the client. To arrange an exchange or return, it is necessary to contact the contacts indicated on the website basket-shop.com.ua within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order.

2.2. Goods subject to exchange or return must arrive at the “Nova Poshta” branch without cash on delivery. Return shipping is paid by the client (if delivery is not paid, its cost is deducted from the amount to be refunded). After the goods are received, they are checked in the warehouse, after which the funds are returned in accordance with clause 1.4.

Custom-order goods

Custom-order goods are goods that are not available in Ukraine and are purchased by us abroad according to the agreed parameters of your order: model, colour, size, etc.
Before placing an order, we agree with you on the model, size, full order price and other essential terms.
Custom-order goods are accepted only with full prepayment.

Size check
Before sending the ordered pair to Ukraine, we, where possible, take actual measurements of the insole and/or internal length of the footwear.
The measurement results can be provided to you via Viber or Telegram so that you can compare them with your comfortable footwear.

If the goods correspond to the order
If you received exactly the goods, model, colour and size that were agreed when placing the order, the possibility of their return or exchange is determined in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the distance contract.
For a return or exchange, the goods must retain their commercial appearance, consumer properties, factory packaging and labels and have no signs of wear or use.
Shipping costs for goods of proper quality upon return or exchange are borne by the buyer. The return cost is 1500 UAH.

International delivery
When ordering custom goods, the buyer pays the full order price, which includes all necessary costs related to the purchase and delivery of the goods.
The issue of the order price in the event of contract termination is resolved in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, the terms of the contract and the actual costs incurred.

If a different size is needed
If you wish to exchange the goods for a different size, this possibility is determined in accordance with current legislation, the availability of the required size and the terms of the specific order.
Since a different size may require a new purchase abroad, its price at the time of the new order may differ from the price of the first pair.
The cost of the new order (including all related expenses) is agreed with the buyer before placing it.

If we delivered the wrong goods
If we mistakenly delivered goods that do not correspond to the agreed order — a different model, colour or size — we resolve the issue of replacement or refund in accordance with legal requirements.
Costs related to correcting our error are borne by the store.

If a manufacturing defect is found
If a manufacturing defect is discovered after receiving the goods, you have the right to contact us with the relevant claim.
Issues of defect elimination, goods replacement or refund are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine depending on the nature of the defect and other circumstances.
If the defect is confirmed as having arisen due to the fault of the manufacturer or seller, the costs related to its elimination, replacement of the goods or refund in the cases provided by law are borne by the seller.
Minor manufacturing features typical of a specific model and its manufacturing technology (for example, minor traces of glue or threads that do not affect the functionality, safety or consumer properties of the goods) are not in themselves grounds for recognising the goods as being of improper quality.
