Made-to-Order Products

If the required product is not available in Ukraine, we can arrange its individual purchase abroad and delivery to Ukraine according to your order.

Made-to-order products are purchased specifically to fulfill your order and may be sourced from Europe or the United States.

Delivery Terms

• The estimated delivery time from Europe or the United States is 15–25 business days.

• This is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on the product location, purchasing time, foreign sellers, carriers, and customs procedures.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances or delays related to purchasing or international transportation, our manager will inform you.

• The international express delivery fee is $35 and is stated separately from the price of the product.

• The international express delivery fee is paid in Ukrainian hryvnia at the exchange rate agreed upon when the order is placed.

• Delivery within Ukraine by Nova Poshta is paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates unless otherwise stated in the specific order conditions.

• For fully prepaid orders, delivery to a Nova Poshta branch may be covered by the store according to the conditions of the specific order.

Size Verification

We understand that choosing the correct shoe size when ordering from abroad is especially important.

Therefore, before the product is shipped to Ukraine, our manager will make an actual insole measurement of the length and width, provided that such measurement is available from the seller or carrier's warehouse.

The measurements may be provided to you via Viber or Telegram. You will be able to compare them with your comfortable footwear before the product is shipped to Ukraine.

If the product is still at the foreign warehouse and has not yet been handed over for international transportation, a size change may be possible, provided that the required size is available and the seller allows the order to be changed or cancelled.

Important Information About Made-to-Order Products

A "made-to-order product" means that we individually purchase the product abroad and arrange its delivery to Ukraine according to the agreed parameters of your order.

Before confirming the order, we agree with you on the model, color, size, product price, international delivery fee, and other essential terms of the order.

Before payment, you receive all necessary information about the total cost of the order and delivery conditions.

The terms of return and exchange for made-to-order products are determined in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the distance sales agreement.

Payment Methods for In-Stock Products

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery

• The order is shipped after a UAH 150 deposit.

• The deposit is required to confirm the order and cover actual costs associated with shipping and returning the parcel if the customer refuses to receive it.

• When receiving the order, the cash-on-delivery amount is reduced by the UAH 150 deposit already paid.

• If the customer refuses to receive the product, the deposit is used to cover the actual costs associated with shipping and returning the parcel.

• Upon receipt, Nova Poshta additionally charges a money transfer fee of UAH 20 + 2% of the cash-on-delivery amount. The fee is paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates.

2. Full Payment

• The full order amount is paid before the product is shipped.

• Payment is made using the official bank details of the Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP).

• For fully prepaid orders totaling UAH 5,000 or more, delivery to a Nova Poshta branch is covered by the store.

• Payment details will be provided after the order is placed.

Important: For cash-on-delivery orders, the money transfer fee is paid by the customer according to Nova Poshta's current rates.

 

Payment Terms for Made-to-Order Products

The following payment options are available for made-to-order products:

Option 1 — 50% Deposit

You pay 50% of the total order value when placing the order.

The deposit is required to confirm the order and purchase the product abroad.

The total order value consists of:

• the price of the product;

• the international express delivery fee — $35.

The international express delivery fee is stated separately and is paid in Ukrainian hryvnia at the exchange rate agreed upon when the order is placed.

The remaining amount is paid upon receipt of the product if cash on delivery has been agreed upon when placing the order.

For cash-on-delivery payments, Nova Poshta may charge an additional money transfer fee according to the carrier's current rates. This fee is paid by the customer.

Option 2 — Full Payment

You pay the full order amount when placing the order.

If a discount is available for full prepayment, its amount and terms will be communicated to the customer before payment is made.

International Delivery Fee

The international express delivery fee for made-to-order products is $35.

This amount is a separate component of the order and is stated separately from the product price.

Before making the payment, the customer receives information about:

• the product model and specifications;

• the selected size;

• the product price;

• the international delivery fee;

• the total order amount;

• the selected payment method;

• delivery and collection terms.

The relevant information is stated in the applicable payment document in accordance with the actual structure of the transaction.

We always do our best to assist you in selecting the correct size.

If you are unsure about the size, please contact our manager before confirming the order. We will check the available measurements and the brand's size chart and help you choose the most suitable size.

After the order is confirmed, we purchase the agreed model and size abroad.

We provide a 14-day guarantee for the return of goods in salable condition, and 30 days for manufacturing defects of the goods. (For goods in stock)

Returns and Exchanges

In-Stock Products

You may return or exchange a product purchased from our store in the cases and within the time limits provided by the applicable legislation of Ukraine, including the rules applicable to distance contracts.

For a return or exchange, the product must:

1. Have no signs of wear or use, be clean, and retain its original appearance.

2. Have the original factory packaging and all tags/labels.

3. Be shipped by the customer without cash on delivery.

4. For a return or exchange of a product of proper quality, shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise provided by law or agreed by the parties.

After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account/card within the period provided by law, or within another period agreed by the parties where permitted by law.

If the customer receives a product of improper quality or a product that does not correspond to the agreed order, the return, exchange, and related costs are handled in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

Products that are not subject to return or exchange where provided by law include, in particular, perfumes and cosmetics, shoe-care products (foams, sprays, balms), underwear, and socks, if they are included in the relevant statutory list.

Made-to-Order Products

A made-to-order product is a product that is not available in Ukraine and is purchased abroad according to the agreed parameters of your order: model, color, size, etc.

Before placing the order, we agree with you on the model, size, product price, international delivery fee, and other essential terms.

Size Verification

Before shipping the ordered pair to Ukraine, we may carry out an actual measurement of the insole and/or internal shoe length where possible.

The measurements may be provided to you via Viber or Telegram so that you can compare them with your comfortable footwear.

If the Product Corresponds to the Order

If you receive exactly the product, model, color, and size agreed upon when placing the order, the possibility of returning or exchanging it is determined in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the distance sales agreement.

For a return or exchange, the product must retain its original appearance, consumer properties, original packaging, and tags, and must not show signs of wear or use.

Shipping costs for returning or exchanging a product of proper quality are paid by the customer unless otherwise provided by law or agreed by the parties.

International Delivery

When ordering a made-to-order product, the total order value consists of the product price and, where applicable, a separate international express delivery service.

The international express delivery fee is $35 and is disclosed to the customer before the order is confirmed.

If the separate international delivery service has already been provided, the treatment of its cost in the event of termination of the agreement is determined in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, the agreement, and the actual costs incurred.

If You Need a Different Size

If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, this possibility is determined in accordance with applicable legislation, availability of the required size, and the terms of the specific order.

Since another size may require a new purchase abroad, its price at the time of the new order may differ from the price of the original pair.

The cost of new international delivery and other actual expenses related to the repeated purchase and delivery are agreed with the customer before the new order is placed.

If We Delivered the Wrong Product

If we mistakenly delivered a product that does not correspond to the agreed order — a different model, color, or size — we will resolve the issue by replacement or refund in accordance with applicable legislation.

The store covers the costs associated with correcting our mistake.

If a Manufacturing Defect Is Discovered

If a manufacturing defect is discovered after receiving the product, you have the right to contact us with the relevant request.

The issue of repair, replacement, or refund is resolved in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation, depending on the nature of the defect and other circumstances.

If the defect is confirmed to have arisen due to the fault of the manufacturer or seller, the seller bears the costs associated with its repair, replacement of the product, or refund where required by law.

Minor manufacturing characteristics typical of a particular model and manufacturing process (for example, minor traces of glue or loose threads that do not affect the functionality, safety, or consumer properties of the product) do not, by themselves, constitute grounds for considering the product to be of improper quality.
